In 2004, Jintai’s story began for the simplest and warmest of reasons: keeping a family together.
The founders, Mr. Guo and Ms. Sheng, were once separated from their young child due to work in different cities. A frightening traffic accident became a turning point, convincing them that this life of constant worry had to end. They resolved to build a business of their own—one that would allow the family to reunite.
At that crucial moment, a former supervisor—both mentor and friend—learned of Ms. Sheng’s desire for a new path and offered the most precious gift of all: trust. He placed an initial order of 6.68 million screws. At the same time, Mr. Guo’s father, a quiet yet steadfast elder, invested his life savings to lay the foundation for his son and daughter-in-law’s dream.
Thus, in a 200-square-meter workshop, the machines roared to life for the first time. To Mr. Guo and Ms. Sheng, that sound was not noise, but a symphony of home. They recall:
“Hearing the machines running at night made us feel secure—we slept well. If a machine suddenly stopped, our hearts tightened and we rushed downstairs to check immediately.”

Life was hard, but their hearts were full. Happiness shimmered in the sweat of entrepreneurship.
This humble wish—to protect a small family—embedded responsibility and love deep into Jintai’s DNA from day one.
Growth is never a smooth journey. Jintai’s foundation was forged through two major shocks.
In 2008, the Wenchuan earthquake struck. Though still a small company, Jintai immediately organized company-wide donations—its first real expression of responsibility toward the greater community. That same year, however, the global financial crisis dealt a heavy blow: major customer orders shrank sharply, and payments became difficult to collect.
At the edge of survival, change was the only option. Mr. Guo and Ms. Sheng boldly explored a new channel—international e-commerce platforms. This courageous leap not only brought in critical orders but also allowed Jintai to capture the early advantages of digital foreign trade, opening a door to the global market.
With online opportunities and an unwavering commitment to quality, Jintai grew rapidly. In 2014, the company relocated to a 2,400-square-meter facility, marking a comprehensive evolution:

In 2018, amid industrial upgrading in major cities, Jintai once again stood at a crossroads. With sincere invitations and policy support from the Yangjiang municipal government, Jintai made a strategic decision: to relocate and establish a modern, large-scale 10,000-square-meter production base in Yangjiang.

This move was painful—but also regenerative. It tested the resilience of Jintai’s supply chain and the cohesion of its team. Soon after, the global pandemic in 2020 intensified the challenges: fluctuating demand from key clients, the need to rebuild local supporting industries from scratch, and the loss of some employees due to relocation.
Yet the resilience etched into Jintai’s character prevailed. Step by step, the company adjusted—redeveloping its supply chain, stabilizing teams, and ultimately taking deeper root in Yangjiang.
Today, Jintai has formed a group-based structure, with Guangdong Jintai (Yangjiang) as its 10,000-square-meter headquarters, supported by coordinated subsidiaries including Dongguan Jinming, Guoyong Heat Treatment Plant, Ningbo Jinming, and others across multiple regions.
After more than two decades of perseverance, Jintai’s original intention has never changed. What has changed is the scope of its love—from protecting a small family, to caring for an extended family of employees, empowering partners, and ultimately embracing a responsibility to make the world better.
